The client, Laylah Holmes of Holmes Bespoke, wanted a kitchen that would serve as the hub of family life while doubling as a striking centrepiece for entertaining. A lover of art and travel, they sought a design that felt refined, layered, and international in flavour.

• Cabinetry: A mix of micro-shaker doors hand-finished in Farrow & Ball’s Light Blue No.22, paired with bold jet-black joinery for dramatic contrast.
