ELMWOOD ROAD

This kitchen has a very contemporary two-tone feel. We designed the floor to ceiling run of units to be in one colour, and the wall and base units running along the other side of the “L” in a subtly contrasting shade. One key design feature we embraced was to line up the ovens in the wall units with the void between the base and wall units, so you read these as a continuous flow with the open worktop area. This was in turn further reinforced by the smoke grey glass splashback. Our fabulous clients chose the Tom Dixon copper lights over the bar, and the colourful patchwork tiles, to add a big dose of personality to this family home. We also designed and produced a low-level oak-topped shallow dresser behind the dining table, and the traditional glass, oak and shaker display cabinets either side of the fireplace.
