Shaker Style
This kitchen design is a contemporary take on a traditional shaker style kitchen. Statement bold blue painted units, a composite white quartz worktop and bold orange footstools complete the look, forming a characterful contemporary effect. Storage was an important element of this design, so HUX incorporated bespoke solutions including space to store and display the client’s cookbooks in the island, solid timber dovetail drawers with cutlery inserts, and an entire run of base unit pan drawers.
For a streamlined feel and an alternative to more traditional wall units, the design included a full height larder cupboard and a chic floating shelf to display the clients photo frames and ornaments, painted in the same tone as the walls to appear to seamlessly float in the space.
