Modern
HUX tailored a kitchen for Laylah Holmes of Holmes Bespoke, reflecting her desire for a place to display treasured art and travel finds, including a simple stone shelf. The space is defined by a bold contrast, with light blue kitchen cabinets complementing the dramatic jet black dining area joinery. The cabinets are adorned with Corston antique brass handles, set against polished champagne quartzite worktops, and finished with micro-shaker door style.
Adding to the kitchen’s cohesive aesthetic, a reeded extractor housing echoes the texture of the reeded island. An integrated fridge-freezer enhances functionality, and reeded glass doors in the dining area introduce a tactile element, embodying the client’s vision of elegant contrast.
