HUX At Decorex 2022
HUX returned to Decorex this year with a stand full of stunning new designs, especially curated to showcase the latest trends and the breadth of our joinery offering. We spent a wonderful four days at Olympia, sharing ideas and inspiration with designers old and new.
We designed the bar joinery using a palette of stained oak veneer, inset reeded panels, antique brass ironmongery, liquid metal, antique mirrors and a sophisticated lighting design. With eccentrically arranged shelving and repeat curves.
The bar was complemented by a striking kitchen island with curved oak veneer doors, hidden fingerpulls, liquid metal handrail and calacatta oro marble. The doors to the front of the island come in a curved shaker style to echo the door design of the bar.
Sitting alongside the bar and island we showcased some bedroom furniture, in a matt lacquer micro shaker panelled door with inset Arte metallic wallpaper panels and gorgeous Armac Martin brass handles. The standalone drawers come with backlit glass tops to showcase display drawers with solid walnut jewellery inserts on a suede base.
We were truly overwhelmed with the positive response to our stand and product offering. There was a great buzz to the show this year. Please do get in touch if you would like a digital copy of dedicated kitchen or general brochure, or just to find out more about working with HUX.
We wanted to also say thank you to the following businesses who helped us bring the stand to life:
- Omexco & Arte for the wallpaper
- Minotti, for the armchairs & side table
- Jennifer Manners x Zulufish, for the rug from their recent collaboration
- John Cullen Lighting, for the Home Bar lighting
