HUX At Decorex 2021

HUX made its Decorex debut this year with a bold and exciting new stand showcasing our joinery offering. It was an inspiring and successful four days at Olympia, and we were truly overwhelmed with the positive response to our stand and joinery.

Highlights of the stand included a bespoke bar unit inspired by the art deco two-storey bar at the vibrant CHICA restaurant in Miami. HUX designed the bar joinery using a palette of teal, antique brass and smokey cohiba granite, as well as a variety of complimentary finishes such as brass mesh, trims and a bespoke HUX metallic spray paint.

The bar was complemented by a striking kitchen island in curved and reeded dyed black eucalyptus with micro deco shaker doors and a Brazilian calacatta quartzite worktop.

The TV joinery took centre stage, complete with push to open storage cupboards finished in liquid metal and minimalist open-backed display shelving in liquid metal and vulcano ares xylocleaf.

Our dining room cabinet was designed in matching eucalyptus to the island. We used blackened steel metal frame doors for the display cabinets that were subtly lit with angled LED lighting. The unit also incorporates an invisible wireless charging point.

With its quality craftsmanship and beautiful design, the luxurious bespoke HUX dining table with Amazonite marble stone top, metal frame and walnut legs was a real showpiece.

To demonstrate our state-of-the-art craftsmanship, HUX created a diagonally asymmetric panelled wall design with push to open concealed cabinets, perfect for a statement dressing room, entrance hallway, or discreet show storage!
